After providing legal services to the Weiser community for over forty years, attorney, Charles R. Kroll, is retiring in the immediate future.  Two attorneys, Steve and Kiley Stuchlik, have opened their own firm, “Stuchlik Law, PLLC” and will be practicing law at Mr. Kroll’s former office, located at 350 East Liberty St. in Weiser.  The office was also formerly known as “Burton & Kroll.”  Clients of Mr. Kroll or the late Ira Burton may contact the Stuchliks to obtain their files or they may leave them with the Stuchliks for safekeeping. The Stuchliks are happy to assist those clients with their future legal representation.

Kiley (Cobb) grew up on a ranch west of Weiser. She is a 2003 graduate of Weiser High School. Steve grew up in rural Medical Springs, north of Baker City, Oregon.  He is a 2004 graduate of Baker High School. Steve and Kiley are both proud alumni of Eastern Oregon University and the University of Idaho College of Law. Steve and Kiley are happy to be back in the area and are grateful for the opportunity to raise their sons, Beau (age 3) and Hank (age 4 months), in the Weiser community. They have varied work experience in agriculture and natural resources as well as  varied  legal experience, making them uniquely qualified to address the legal needs within Weiser and other local rural communities.

Steve and Kiley will focus their practice on civil matters such as: Estate Planning & Probate; Real Property, Natural Resources, and the Environment; Agriculture and Equine Law; and Local Government Law.

Steve and Kiley are both licensed to practice law in Idaho and Oregon. They intend to serve residents of Weiser, the Upper Country north of Weiser, Hells Canyon, the Treasure Valley, and Eastern Oregon. They are willing to carry flexible hours to accommodate their clients.
