For the fourth year, Four Rivers Cultural Center will once again host Border Town Comic & Creator Con, an annual celebration of all things comics in the Western Treasure Valley. This year’s event will unfold March 23 and 24, with doors open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. the first day, and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. the second day.

The event spans the genres, including sci-fi, fantasy, pro wrestling and super hero classics, as well as many generations and has attracted thousands of attendees in the past years.

It features “talented creators, popular vendors, rare finds in your favorite comic and collectibles” and, of course, cosplay. This family-friendly event will also include arcade and virtual reality games.

Tickets and 2-day passes can be purchased at the door or online at Children 12 and under are free. Check out the schedule of events at, including the cosplay contest, special speakers, etc.
